Faith:
-Program offers; job retraining,
upgrade of warehouse facility, Full Sac City involvement
-Donation stations throughout Sac City,
to keep fund raising efforts, for land purchase active
-Booth rentals for temporary shelter and rest, business license
holders/insurance carriers to operate IE hair salon, personal training, fitness
classes more/other
Love:
-W.A.T. and We Are Tribe organization
spear heads donations into purchasable land, for micro-villages, for home
ownership, for the needy and homeless population
-Offers housing to all those who pass
screening, and program involvement IE OUR HOUSE; Time Shares, Warehouse (safe
ground) pre-housing program initial probation period, Microvillage
work/housing/maintenance triage for involvement
-Offers permanent and semi-permanent solutions to the
homeless issue
Hope:
-No one gets turned away, who passes We
Are Tribe Screening
-Those who do not pass, are recommended
to drug, treatment and law services
-Provides those who otherwise have no options, employment
and growth
Mercy:
-Give people a chance, who otherwise
would have no other options
-Work with the City towards rehabilitation of all those who
come to W.A.T. enterprises We Are Tribe, homeless solutions
Compassion:
-Compassion program gives demographic
special needs to youths, elderly, disabled
-Compassion allows those who initially fail screening, to
try again, once drug, term or other has been completed with proof
Temperance:
-Classes are taught on site, based on
learning autonomy, self efficacy and basic Principles
-Ongoing solutions for Principle applications, with in
program work, housing upkeep and maintenance, job contract work within W.A.T.
Enterprises
Care:
-Allows those who place their will, to
move up within the organization, an opportunity with Together We Shine, to be
mentored for Employment services
-All those within all facilities, will
follow a C.A.R.E. Code of Virtue;Cleaning, Alerting (reporting violations of
said Code), Reporting (reporting all information to Law Enforcement, Express
(Speak Concerns and needs involved with reporting violations. Everyone , on all
levels, follows the C.A.R.E. Code.
Passion:
-We place Passion into re-entry to the
job market for all W.A.T. Enterprise Associates
-We are a Tribe, and tackle issues/problems head on, in the
ways of unfair treatment, injustice and wrongful termination issues, for all
Tribal Members
