W.A.T. (acronym)
The following is a program, to end homelessness in America
and abroad. The Method uses reverse tribal law. In other words, that land,
which is preserved, by the nation, or nations, as in the United Nations, is the
land of the people. The people are those who are entitled to land. Those who found
their means, by way of capitalism, so be it. Those who find their way, to their
rightful land, by way of Occupation, so be it.
The “We Are Tribe”
group/committee/nation excepts donations in all forms. There is then a retail
store, set up in localized community for trade/exchange and purchase (items;
such as clothing, household goods, and items for trade or barter).
The location of this “store
front” (a face or location to meet/see W.A.T.) is offered to the Homeless who
join tribe, simply by becoming involved with (W.A.T.) Tribe efforts.
Efforts of The Tribe
All who sleep in the
government appointed and offered facilities, which be our right, as citizens,
whether or not one has “paid in” to popular organization (IE; SSI, WMC etc),
must contribute in their respected manor. Those who can not, must find other
means or ways in which they can contribute. This contribution can be met with
all societal pursuits, as well as those pursuits of passed civilizations or
Republics.
Love is the commanding force, Love is the Law
True Love, as in the
Love of Purity, and that Purity found in Love is the whole of The Tribal
Law/Principle.
The Storefront funds, and trade items, will go directly towards
land Purchase. With Land Purchase, houses, on a communal property, will be built
with Tribal funds. All rights afforded to any other Tribal Sovereign Nation,
apply also to WE ARE TRIBE, Tribal Nation.
We except all
Homeless Peoples around the World, and actively seek their contributions as
well as vestment, in and of knowledge, intellectual contribution and support,
in all ways, that the individual can offer/render, keeping the EPL Principles,
and mainly, the Purity of PRINICPLES IN MIND, HEART, SOUL AND ACTION in
support.
The warehouse, store
front offering will be granted to The Tribe, as a place where tribe can REST,
as rest be all peoples right. The transition moves acquisition into real
property, as a collective. The Tribe wills to diversify territories, in other
words, a group of Tribal Members, anywhere between 50-500, may set up Tribal “space”
for each individual, on a ½ acre basis.
Homesteading is not
permitted, however each property, if the potential be there, can be traded for.
In other words, those of extended family, may, live nearby one another/next to
(neighbors), however properties can never discriminate in the form of
homesteading.
There must be a space
of 7 ½ feet between each property. All
properties are circular or spherically shaped, as to allow for a divine, or
sacred geometrical balance, to the form, of Tribal community.
These, we call
Nations. Each Nation shall uphold Principle, as the EPL method, however no
religion shall be pressed forth, from neighbor to neighbor. The symbols of any
religion shall not be made to face others real property. Only Principle alone,
shall be allowed, and to be discussed, as any topic of right living.
There shall be parks set up for each 10 Houses, and these
communities, shall share in all aspects, as to allow food, items of all
natures, to all, without money or exploitation of care, as trade, or trade. The
trade takes place as a transitional method, yet is no allowed in the community.
All is done for tribe, and all offerings go to the tribe, for better living.
The tribe does not
mean to live as Quakers of yesteryear, but to embrace, fully, all technology
and even transhumanistic efforts. All ways one can improve the survival and
embracement of betterment, be fully vested into, for the better of the tribe.
*Below, I speak of the misdirected Occupy movement, as to
make provision to turn over Property ownership, absent a mutualistic
notion...IE the camping ordinance.
We must appreciate
the aesthetic and see that all be entitled to this formula for
perfection, as in Phi, in living form, which be none other than the very
teaching and support of self efficacy as a rule. This be nothing more
than Purity in Motion, a Pure Motion, unobstructed, by malevolent force.
They miss it every time. That is, the
majority jumps passed the sphere of Production, on into self flatulence
and Ego, a statement, to be washed away, tethered to others who have
done the same, time immemorial.
Production, after all,
is the only reason, for a given TRIBE to shine, in the first. What do
you then Produce? Can you produce on a mass scale or with any level of
mastery, as to serve that greater need?

Homelessness? Own Property. What is a City, then Property, maintained?
One must thus fight to be heard, but understand the phases of the stand
off. Done correctly, the process merely need be repeated, until we the
people, also, get our fair share, or plot, of land (ownership).
Work is fun, work is play, and the work place, and a constant flow of viable consumers, or custom(er's) must be, thus earned.
A
company with integrity, true integrity, must supply thus Principle
based means. Absent this, a product by way of expiring design, this
planned obsolescent(s), be nothing more than machination, on a major
scale. How many would be thus indited to this charge, who own such
patents, which show in their ready state, a deviation, from the Pure
radian form (a functional able unit of measure), as to admit on paper, a
planned attack on society, and an admittance into a higher order of
said treachery, that capitalism itself were already known to be toppling
over, off of it's ill produces ballasts or legs.
My
view is so misunderstood, yet I have defined it...that is, identified
it, for surely something so pure, something so perfect, something so
complete, in it's very phases of formation, the Merkabah or Molecule in
play/Kata, can not be Copyrighted, surely.
I
identified it, Principle, the Principle of Purity, which be manifest as
Love, in recognition of base, E-energy in motion...this, in construct is
thus religion. This then, Principle(s) are religion and thus explain
further what religion is. What are you waiting for? For EPL to become
excepted as a modern marvel? Thus all religion, in abstract or varied
ratio (and further are the very ratio of reason) are but descriptors of
these Principles in motion.
See them as the Peacock
moniker of the NBC logos. See them as the Google symbol, in the higher
meaning, EPL identifies more so what the very alphabet means, as one
lays these letter before the symbol.
Last night there
were over 20 Police Cars, at City Hall. There were over 50 officers.
There was a Helicopter looping above. The order was given thrice? On
loud speaker 'You are violated City Ordinance and illegally camping, if
you do not move, you will be cited'. I moved, I had my things, and truly
again, a measure of control, the goniometer, to tell me who much radian
must occur in my hip, as to perambulate a walk, a movement.
All
those arrested, and there were many, wanted to be arrested. They
claimed, Occupy, silent protest, based on reason, but had no Production
value.
I place the EPL values before the active solution to all problems.

complies, she draws masterfully on on Intelligence a priori, injected
into her, by Men, who had temporarily lost their will to reason. So one
could very well say, that life itself, The Child of the Age, is, in
fact, a perpetuation of this [Man's lost will of self efficacy
chronically].
The solution, is, and remains to be the same, though now lost in these false halls of thought.

How to end homelessness?:
-OCCUPY, in shifts, taking on a duality, a partner, one rests, one holds a sign, for protest
-Make connections in the process to go into phase 1 (truly Phase 2), DONATIONS
-Set up meeting with City Council Members, as to utilize a City owned Store Front or PROPERTY
-Sell donations, along with CHARITABLE DONATION WRITE OFF from local silk screen shop, to get LOGOS ON APPAREL.
-Sell, rally, and MARCH for rights regularly
-Purchase
through City promoted program to END HOMELESSNESS, REAL PROPERTY. Build
by franchising on scrap donations from local contractors, MICRO-HOME
SOLUTIONS. 400-600 SQ FT movable units, that the Buyer owns, whilst the
Property remains a WE ARE TRIBE/"YOUR"CITY JOIN VENTURE.
-Allow
properties to be purchased, and divided, from total property of
MICRO-VILLAGE, outside of HUD/PRIVATE/CORPORATE LOANS, only as a choice
to the individual at a cost of current USD 10-20K, not unlike a rent to
own situation, however no rent will be required, on the perpetuated
accruement of payments to REAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.
