I believe that Crowley, here, is pointing-out, what he (long ago) deemed as obvious.
Phi 0, 1, 1 actually representing from its Phi count origins [3] as “8” respectively.
That is to say that indeed the number 11 (is also) 8, in that Phi looks back. Therefor Sphere/0 and 1, 1 (proceeding) is this 11 or Sphere twice
