 I believe a person can completely remake themselves. Further with the advent of CRISPR and 'The New Man', genetic defaults can be erased.
 Long standing orthomolecular science that supports not only completely staving off deficiencies of all spectrum developments, but a chronic Transcendence past assumed genetic shelves eg potential.

 The best I can do; utilize the little I do have and take in microdoses of needed supportive life/regenerative:
-Nutrients
-Micronutrients
-Minerais
-Amino Acids

Also}

  1.  Prompting proper metabolic pathways for rapid delivery and uptake.
  2. Timing chronobiological prompts; beginning with growth hormone secretions coming directly out of slow-wave sleep cycle (keeping this secretion sustainably peaked).
  3. Understanding which metabolic  pathways as well as the chrono-entry point for such submissions eg substance within or just outside trough or bell-curve. 
  4. Shifting between metabolic pathways often as to heighten eg spur/spark shuttling and growth potential(s). [when to take in supportive synergistic amino acid supportive nutrients, how much.]
