Metal Plasma
I got thinking about Meta-materials. Among other seeming no related likes that go into my bizzare sort of to be about way of thinking and ultimate reasoning.
-I thought of a more skin like and organic way of space travel coverings.
-A skin so think that it could act as barrier.
-A glyceral type of plasma
-Held at certain temperature solids (hydrogen)
I got to thinking about a sort of making microscopic chainmail that could be held together by and through one of these 'solid at certain temperature suits or craft'.
How long do space ships need to stay within our current temperature regulated atmosphere anyways?

How long (time) has a craft been witnessed?

From my experience (though there have been semi-long periods reported (guesstimation) I would say that 30 seconds would baffle most people (typically; UFO reports)?
Point being:
Any sort of Quantum Locking or Gas/Plasma Bubble environment with any sort of EM charged (with such microscopic nanoid outer shell) could very well be supported for breif periods of time. As if the object is traveling throughout it's own environment and can this travel within it's own solution, which has been temporarily suspended. I believe chemtrails (con) laid out over the past decade or so may have employed these technologies?
Certain M-materials
The neutrality, strength and structure could allow for a working meramaterial fiber optic network, of sorts.
Even a flowing blood like outshell plasma can be used as to protect, regulate and hold a moving balanced metabolic like charge.
Bio-Organics
We need to think more about not a grandiosity in materials but what even common materials become at different temperatures. How to maintain a consciousness that could be AI organic or even human/hybrid within a pod or freeflowing suit.
The Dinosaur Story
Dinosaurs were alive once, on a not so distant planet. The remnants of them are the result of terraforming.
