The energies between -9 and +9, are always thus spaced/placed, as to equal 9.

To me, the pure light, is what be missing in them.
The snake, the reptile seems to be offset here, to a lesser power.
However, constructing this planet [Malstruk a large majority], of prior dinosaur cyclopean ancient soils (from another place), on which to lay our unsteady hand (Man). Aye the Ruins/Runes. It could and would never be ours. More so we, are not even a One (humanity).
All our speculations, worst fears, came to be before we ever were.
