All Schools should be thus FREE, of no charge, globally, galactically, Universally(/ies). However a qualifying process, one of passing assessment in all areas of graduation must be thus common place. There should be no charge for these credentialing exams, tests, practical exams, tier exams, and/or real time aptitudinal trials. However the extent of such, should not be used for machination on any scale corrupted! The world is such a place, and the trials are being done as we speak. For this I surely know.-
