If time and place can shunt this lawful way, and One can further mute this rule within them as to be the beast of their given form (IE Man-beast etc...), then the Law can easily be called out as capricious, whimsical and so giving segue towards outright machination and might I say a certain human kind of political maneuvering.

Further those who would mute The Overman, as he were just a pup trying to call out into the night “I think therefor I am!”, only to be violently silenced are now under the only Law if it could indeed be called such?
