My observations:
3 and 8 / along with 23 and 18 / have a void of 5
Add 5 to 13=18
Subtract 5 from 13=8
*23 is 20 more than 3
18 is 10 more than 8...13 must either reduce by 5 or increase by 5
5, 13, 21 are all Phi numbers
25 2+5 = 7
11 if seen as 1,1 are Phi sequence
Opposite corner 3 is Phi
The opposite side (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) are from left (atop) to right (bottom) 5 can be added or reduced diagonal up-left or down-right
15 - 3 = 12
23 - 11 = 12
10 - 4 = 6
22 - 16 = 6
22 - 10 = 12
16 - 4 = 12
24 - 6 = 18
20 - 2 = 18
18 - 14 = 4
