*Correction to his statement} Russia is not over regulating BTC dominance on a civilian broad scale, rather Russia is lowering that boom on any Government official adoption. This will keep corruption to a minimum.
**Other observation correction is that the stablecoin hold is not waiting for a better BTC price point, rather everyone is waiting for BTC to go UP.
If everyone all at once would take their stablecoin holds and put that directly into BTC it would drive BTC to all time highs rally.
