By eating those carbohydrates, soon after your resistance training in the evening, you stand a far better chance, of:
- Gaining a proper load, essential for recovery, to fuel you for the next day (so you don't wake up hungry)
-Low fat, low "carb" diets are attributed to depression. It is thus something you will get used to, by eating you carbohydrates in the PM. Keep fiber at a reasonable level. You will be surprised at the foods one can eat, and also how quickly you get full
Is this not the exact opposite from what you have been told? This is my plan the MASTELLER ROKbodhi 123 plan, I am poor, but I am not greedy, and my goal, is the save the world quite simply. I feel simple concepts can bring order back to a schizophrenic World Nation. I am all for the idea of small mico-communities, much like schools of Philosophy of the past, to replace Government with more "ancient Republic based systems".

-Emergency drink packet, to keep electrolyte level good through the day
-Caffeine free hot tea blend of your choice, I like Madagascar or Chamomile
-Black Strap Molasses, a "Tablespoon goes a long way every day"
-Trace Mineral drops, put a few drops here, a few drops there, never take the recommended dose on anything!
-Cal/Mag/Zinc in the PM, so ya' don't fall asleep (a high quality addition to this is fine)
-Vitamin C supplement, I find this vitamin very important for vital repair and function
Food list
-Protein powder recommend 3/4 scoop for each 110lbs of body weight, each 2 hours, gotta' keep the metabolism going!
-Plenty of herb, spices to flavor your foods. Lentils, Beans, Rice, vegetables and cereals, can keep the price down. Many soup kitchens/food pantries are currently supplying all the above, check out your area for resources, they wont be around long.
