Relative to the Generational Order of sequence, who then beckons certain e-motional first manifestation, as to who, what, where, why, when and how that Master Quark behaves in said Moment, of Time Signature Event(?)... Become more, or reembody as to diminish along with assume life preserving substance. The 5%'ers know this, and are thus forcing the notion,in planned phases, in order to control.
