If memory has agency, then memory generates the local observer (a unique cotangent batch shape form). Essentially, the reason the observer effect takes place is that observation itself cannot observe or remember itself. This proves that a person is simply a viewable delivery mechanism or a partial view of reality. Collectively, within one unit of time, observation must batch the totality of the field it pastures over. The observer effect takes place because the sequence or aspects of the whole are being mirror-recorded out of context. Thereby, this also supports the fact that memory indeed has agency, or that it is the delegation of a unique form of the totality.
