First a treatise on the fact that a constant of wave length, to frequency field should not be that which is universally interchanged and bartered, yet the Electromagnetic Masteller PLAN(C)K LONG, the pre-wave EM body, of experience and spin/rotational self/knowledge, common to all bodies, now within an unnaturally restricted sphere or zone. We want to see what these bodies due, in an electric universe, absent the false constraints, or black magic(k) control alterations, constantly taking place, which the Masteller Plan(c)k Long, furnishes as that bodies in built, earned, electrical potential PROTECTIVE ARM, all bodies must have choice, whilst alive, or excited by electrical current/stimulus. Further to state, that this "string theory" on expansion of the notion, be but electromagnetic "tethers" which imply a nervous system like interaction, with/by such bodies, bound within the zero point substance.  Also acting, as a relative constant, or "position holding" multi-dimensional consciousness, exclusive to the will of that form, all with will, thus hold a multi dimensional position.
*Every body, has a theoretical "forearm" or cubit. This is that electromagnetic ethereal boundary, which quantifies by the Mass, and magnetic field relativity and separation. A plank because this forearm is a universal appendage, which can be asserted by all dimensional being. The EPL Plank, has nothing to do with "Plan(c)k theory", only sharing that name in that measure of all combination distance, as a means of a Phi standard of separation, yet Plank, because that length which by the relative purity and will of a body, as compared to it's hosts, can indeed employ this conscious act to unexpectedly repel, or draw in. I mean to say that it seems free will, is a much more constant aspect of all eclectically charged multidimensional forms. That distance of Purity and Will, as event, by all dimensional and universal bodies, to exercise a P.L.A.N. of event change or impact force. This long built energy, has been abused for the long, this misuse is done, by none other than Man and womb-man in there haste to take short cuts, and not recognize the marathon and cycles, as to parley, relay and delay information, to/from said bodies, the constant teacher and student, and the random switch of identities to be sure, prove this aspect of Masteller's Plank Long Theory of distance, separation, and universal relativity, to self will and separation, hence "the appendage or forearms" as a constant, from our scope (the arm is a universal constant, however the leg is not)
