 There will be no prison, and those who kill shall be placed in a suspended EM reality grid, where there experiences day to day, will be ones of instruction. To become so advanced that we are a race of people traveling all multiverse to snuff evil from exist.

Actively
EPL keeps the bounds of evil at bay, and even goes into those dark realms to attack the evil there. However when the slights become so great that man wishes to travel outside the sphere imposed upon him, and he does not have the 61.8 EPL development he shall be inducted as all others. Either way, he shall be entering into the much more developed place, and shall thus require our aid for developemet. We will be more aid full than those who should have come to our aid, but made their deals with a corrupted government.  If any time, we see the atrocities occur, which have gone unaided by superiors we shall be there, and to chastise those who saw but did not assist.

A constant monitor of all conversation, and a call to the holy spirit be the aim. EPL feels the one must never be in the place of alone, for alone has never existed. We will again, allow the natural course to take place, until all evil be abolished, and there be no one to counter. All will gain to fullness in development, the gates and doors have been opened, so to we shall over come the forces of principle less endeavor
